递交砍树请求后，council 回复了封邮件，其中有一句：

Trees with a height of 8m or greater will be required to be presented to Councillors before a decision can
be issued. This may result in additional delay with the assessment of applications.

我看着我家的差未几达到了。当初是不是该先让人把顶上 prune，把高度降上去？

我了解的是树高，树宽，和骨干的直径都有要求，光光prune纷歧定有用，直径没法长时间管制。
