标题: 想求教休息合同相干问题
想辞职,由于承受了公司的培训,想找人征询假如辞职,需求抵偿公司的培训费用。

合同里怎么写的?假如没写,不必赔,我所在的公司培训后走掉的员工没一个赔钱的

Repayment of Training Costs
In accordance with Sub-Clause 10.4 of the XXX Enterprise Agreement 2022, if you are engaged as
a Trainee Technician, and the Company pays the costs associated with recognised training and/or licensing,
the Company shall be entitled to deduct a proportion of such costs from your termination pay if you resign from
the Company during, or within 24 months of completion of such training.
The amount to be Repaid will be the full amount less 1/24th of the full amount for each month worked after the
completion of the training. Where the termination pay is insufficient to cover such costs, the Company reserves
the right to recover the deficit by other means. The full cost of the training will be indexed each year by the CPI
% and as of February 2023, the cost of the training was $5,050.00.

现在把澳洲公司想的太好了,看见是格局合同,就没太在乎,间接签了。

起初发现公司始终跟我Play game,当初想找人子细反省下合同,请各位大佬保举。

培训完的24个月内到职,要按比例偿还培训费,一个月对消1/24,2023年2月的培训费是$5,050,会随着CPI涨(这点真是绝,那末计较)。
