去年6月30号前递上了父母的103,13年十一月19号收到的REF NO. 到当初还没失掉QUEUE NO.发邮件给 case officer, 说case尚无allocate。当初想求教大家，要想给父母转143，是否最佳等103的queue No. 上去再转，这样是否能够节俭一点103排队时的时间。上面是case officer 的回信：
Please be advised that the your parents’ subclass 103 visa application has not been allocated for assessment as yet.
The case should be allocated for assessment within the next 2 – 3 months.
You will hear from this office once the case has been allocated to a case officer for assessment.
