8年漫漫等候，终于有点好动静，2天前收到 pre-vsia grant advice, 其中有阐明：
If the applicants are onshore, the application can not be finalized.
Please note that all applicants must be outside Australia at the time of the grant decision. If any applicant is currently onshore or intends to arrive Australia prior to a visa grant, please advise the department at the time of payment as to when applicant intends to depart.
当初我的状况是父母在澳洲投亲，原本方案是明年年终再回国；当初i妹妹i要求2nd payment ； 下面字面的意思是要 离境了再granted visa，并且当初就要通知i妹妹i 我intend的depart date。那假如我对i妹妹i 回复阐明年年终才离境，那i妹妹i是会比及明年才批，仍是扣钱后一离境就会granted？ 我原本方案，假如一离境就能拿到visa的话， 那能够斟酌提前支配父母去新西兰打个转再回澳洲就能了
