邮件原文是：Procide a scanned copy of full birth certificate showing both parents‘ name for

Only a Notarial Certificate has been supplied for dependent applicant ，original birth certificate and it’s translation requested
Relationship certificate is not accepted in lieu of a birth certificate for sponsor，sponsor‘s birth
certificate requested.
