请问costco这个Gold Star Executive Membership的2%兑现法

上个礼拜check out的时分staff说加40多块钱就能降级，而后有2%的折扣，但明天我去买了货色后发现结算的仍是原价啊，没有2% discount啊。
请问是要积分到一定水平能力兑现吗？

是返现2%啊。不是打折。

其实也不算返现，是返Costco购物劵，金额等值是2%。一年结算一次。也不是永远的，一按时间不必会过时。
