child care subsidy可以每年缺勤42天（paid absent day）然后就要自己付全款。如果孩子缺勤的时候提供doctor certificate 可以不算缺勤吗？感谢
还是缺勤天数满了42天后，必须提供evidence才能让政府继续为缺勤买单？感谢
看了一下下面政府的解释。好像是42天满了后，才需要提供evidence来拿到额外的paid absent day。我的理解对吗？如果是这样的话每年的holiday尽量在7月份后这半年，因为每年absent day在7月1日reset。而42天用完后，政府只为下面这些愿意的absent买单，不为holiday买单。
