the account balance on the last business day of the month is higher than the account balance on the last business day of the previous month.
我以前几年都是这么存的，次要是这个月我半途转出了一些钱，发现了这句话 ：
Ensure your account balance is higher at the end of the month than the beginning; and
Keep your account balance above $0 at all times.
不知道是不是必需月末再都转回来。
不论怎么样，都是包管比上月末的余额多的，由于上月末这个账号余额是0.
