PR当前，我回国超过了3个月，然而PR后一共在澳洲境外呆了才4个多月。
Penal clearance certificates from overseas countries are
required if:
• you lived or travelled outside Australia since the age of
18 years or over, and
• you held a permanent Australian visa at that time, and
• the total time spent outside Australia added up to
十二 months or more, and （移民局写的离境超过十二个月and一个国度超过3个月,觉得我没有离境超过十二个月会不会不必呢？谢谢）
• the time spent in any one country was more than 90 days,
or
• requested by the department
