好比888的表，我敌人给我写，那他还得在JP那当场签字才行？那JP是否需求甚么货色验证敌人的身份呢？

疏忽我的问题。谜底应该是是的。由于阿谁form下面有这一段：
1.       *I have known the person for at least 十二 months OR *I have confirmed the person’s identity using an identification document and the document I relied on was …………...………………………………….
      [describe identification document relied on]

      [signature of authorised witness]       [date]
