求教大家，水费缴费了两次，一次信誉卡付得，一次储蓄卡付得，会自动返还吗，仍是咱们要提出请求？假如有理解的敌人请不惜赐教，谢谢啦

No if does not offset your next bill if you have direct debit function, it happened to me, and it stayed there and charged my credit card again, you have to ring them for the refund to your bank account where you used for the payment, cheers, hope it helps. thanks.
