请问怎么填？ 01/10/2017-09/30/2022 这样填？
第五页：为何我没有第五页？从第四页确认信息当前，间接跳到了第六页”和请求人一同来澳洲的信息“？
第十页：Multiple entries
Does the applicant intend to enter Australia on more than one occasion? 点yes
Does the applicant know the dates of entry for each occasion after first entry to Australia?点甚么？
假如点yes，时间怎么填？
假如点no，reason是甚么？
