请大家帮我看一下这个屋宇加建的报价高不高？十二平米的房间要9万？！

在一楼加建一个3*4米的书房，竟然需求8万+GST? 请大家帮我看一下报价，公道分歧理？

•       Excavate and dig and pour concrete foundation.
•       Lay all brickwork.
•       Timber floor, wall and roof frame and fascia’s
•       Sheet flooring.
•       Re use existing window.
•       Cement roof tiles.
•       Floor, wall and ceiling insulation.
•       Plaster walls, ceiling and patch areas as needed.
•       Reduce existing lounge window and install two hinged flush panel doors and patch opening install architraves and skirtings.
•       Support existing porch roof and reline ceiling in villa board

Total price as specified above is $ 79,800 + GST

We have not allowed for the following
•       Fixtures and fittings, Electricals, Plumbing, painting, Landscaping, Waste removal

不外这么小的活应该没有甚么 builder违心接,
抱这个价应该属于愿者上钩.

敌人建个独立的granny flat花了大略十二万，假如跟房子连着一同的，我感觉大略也差未几吧，不外详细也没有问过，看看有无人理解的
