我去年订了BESTJET的机票，起初航空公司更转业程，我不赞成，就从BESTJET官网提交了勾销机票的请求。之后BESTJET来信说要扣钱140澳元手续费，要等十二个礼拜还钱。
后果等了14个礼拜后分割该公司，硬说我没有经过EMAIL确认勾销要求。有经过EMAIL勾销吗？我曾经经过他们的官网提交了勾销要求，BESTJET都是要求我去他们的官网提交勾销请求的。

How do I cancel my booking?

To request a cancellation of your booking please complete and submit the Reservation Cancellation form.
Please ensure you complete all requested information on the form.
Most airlines allow you to cancel your booking but any refund available will be subject to the ticket fare rules as read, and agreed at the time of purchase. Certain tickets are non-refundable.
Please note that there is a $140.00 Admin Fee in addition to the Airline charges for all cancellations. A refund can take up to 十二 weeks to process.
