昨天，在回帖中提出Melb Bayside冬暖夏凉，但得多墨村坛友有不赞成见，指出海边风大，会比其它区更冷。
若干年前一样的事件也产生过，并且敌人正告我海边冷、风大、湿润，屋宇会侵蚀重大等等。
但Bayside的气温变动受淡水温度影响大。
冬天Port Philip Bay最低水温是十二度， 从海面上吹来的风使气温高于内海洋区，
夏季的时分Philip Bay最高水温是22度，所以其最高气温低于其余区。
