如何解读这样的一个条款？是不是 in most circumstances, your application can not be approved....就是暗示说你不克不及离境？
2018年开始有小火伴分享他们提交了公民请求当前就离境澳洲，始终呆在国际，在国际失掉澳洲考试约请，回澳大利亚来考试，考试完同样的approval了。所以请问一下各位请求国籍的小火伴，大家有无这样的阅历？
