上个月请求citizen，筹备短时间离境几个月，查看了移民局网站，如下。
两个问题求教：
1）目前请求的形态只是received，尚无被process或者waiting for ceremony，这类状况是不是需求通知他们。 由于当初的状况最少一年当前才可能有面试，所以目前离境这几个月不成能被审理。
2）假如通知他们是只能经过电话吗？觉得电话没有记载也说不分明，有无人用过别的形式，好比email。

Let us know if you need to travel outside Australia while your application is being processed or while you are waiting for your ceremony.
In most cases, we cannot approve your application while you are outside Australia. You must also make the Australian Citizenship pledge within 十二 months of your application being approved, or the approval may be cancelled. |
