8503 －－ No further stay
This condition means that you are not entitled to be granted a substantive visa, other than a
protection visa, while you remain in Australia.
8531 －－ Must leave before visa expiry
This condition means that you are not allowed to stay in Australia beyond the period of stay
permitted by your visa.
移民局给的邮件说8503能够waive,但8531是不克不及勾销的。也就是说到期仍是得回国。我的问题是：假如8503勾销了，而现有签证尚无到期，能够onshaore请求一个新的签证吗？这样算不算违反8531呢？有无有教训的敌人？ |
