大家应该都有本人住分租房, 或者把本人的房子分租出去的阅历吧.
想理解下, R2 zone的house, 假如我抉择分租几个房间出去, council无限制说一个房子里能住多少人么?
已经见过某townhouse住了8集体... 阿谁挤... 然而貌似也没事.
当初隔壁的街坊, 老太婆很烦人, 终日吃饱了没事找茬儿, 她女儿又一副爱理不睬的很轻视你的模样, 切, 某些中央的人就是这么尖酸厚道.
假如我开始找房客, 而后街坊去council举报, 我咋弄?
看了看council网站, Local Environmental Plan里对于R2有这么写:
2 Permitted without consent
Home occupations
3 Permitted with consent
Bed and breakfast acco妹妹odation; Boarding houses; Building identification signs; Business identification signs; Centre-based child care facilities; Dual occupancies; Dwelling houses; Group homes; Neighbourhood shops; Respite day care centres; Roads; Semi-detached dwellings; Any other development not specified in item 2 or 4
Boarding house 能够本人请求的么, 有戏么?
