仓库退租后，货架新租客要买，但说没有钱，怎么办？

大货架+小货架一共$2000，由于搬的对比急，咱们也懒得搬了，新来的租客想买，但他说比来搬迁手头紧，但愿晚几个月付款，或者分期付款，这个可怎么办呢？总感觉是想骗钱的。他当前要不给钱了，就算有借条，我找谁要去，下周2就要搬洁净。

你叫二手商来估价，假如卖不出钱，还不如留给新租客呢，这么急，你有可能卖掉吗？这里你做货仓的，也可能做过先给货，后付款的生意吧？按正常供给商的合同签书画押，怎么会耽心人家赖钱呢？法律国度啊。

才两千，找借口不给钱，那就是明摆着要赖。这类孙子就是扔了不克不及给他。假如是几万反而好查究。

法律管用，讨债公司没饭吃了。如你有超级抗烦才能，就赌一把，留下。否则就上Ebay拍卖。

小几千刀特别为难。叫讨债公司太调兵遣将了，律师也不必说。
lz的货架好卖不，好卖就间接卖了，欠好卖假如要丢还不如打个借条算了，有总比没有强，写明还款形式和日期。

显著想赖的觉得啊，那末多的房钱都付了，还差你的那点小钱，间接说有敌人看中了，筹备要呢，你要是出钱就留给你，否则本人买新的吧。我估量会给你的。再说你也没有把生意甚么的卖给他，只是你的老房客，他是信房客，有个毛的瓜葛。给了你就白了，固然除非有钱就是率性，那就是另外一回事了。

咱们曾经搬走了，货架留给他们，钱没给，借条也没有，就这么着吧，给他们一个月时间，不给钱就找人把货架拉走，反正他们跑不了。

曾经找货架公司了，看他们的阿谁架式就是想不给钱了，连借条也拖着不写。说容许给500，也不给。

还不如找货架公司卖了或者送给楼上。

他们曾经搬进去了吗？搬进去了的话，假如耍赖不让你进，那就很头疼了。
这些人就是这样，开始的时分说的难听，始终拖到你来不迭了，就开始耍赖了。
记住这些经验，当前就不会吃亏了。没方法，坏蛋难做的，生意千万不克不及谈感情。

真的这里签合同没有保障，走正轨法律渠道绝对两全其美，即使判你赢了，纷歧定能履行，最佳就是一手交钱一手交货，或者你花些钱请人拆了，把货架都带走他有钱了再买回去，能够略微给些折扣。

Firstly, if you are in the situation whereby you needed i妹妹ediate funds why on Earth would you agree to the original terms with Alex? YOU AGREED to these terms and it is unfortunate your circumstances have changed.

There is absolutely no way that any third party will gain access to our premise on Monday – we have the strictest confidentiality agreements with our Clients, particularly at this time of year and are closing next week for the Christmas and New Year break.  We are not in a current position to even get to the racking as all of our pallets are in front of them.

This is unfortunate however you made an agreement and we have bent over backwards in trying to assist you in re-locating and your change of tune now places us at a severe disadvantage.  I am most disappointed with this outcome.

Please provide your bank details for i妹妹ediate payment of the 1st installment.

If this is not acceptable I will contact you on 十二th January to organize a convenient time to have an alternate purchaser inspect the stock at our site.  Any costs incurred by moving this out will be invoiced to yourself and I will need a contract signed to this effect prior to any inspection / relocation.

Also note that the premise is being monitored by Nycon Security so any unauthorized access to our site will be i妹妹ediately detected.
