The other party has neglected to settle this matter with our office therefore this matter may proceed legally.
We ask that the driver of your vehicle complete the enclosed questionnaire and return it to our office.

我的了解是他们受我的保险公司拜托去和对方解决这件事，然而对方无视，所以要依法进行这件事。来问我对于过后车祸的状况。可是我过后把状况告知我的保险公司了，他们既然是我的保险公司拜托的为何不去问我的保险公司呢，这外面会有甚么问题吗？ 是否我太小心了。谢谢大家。 |
