再问自住转投资

当初的自住房存款是interest + principle
几年当前自住要转成投资，是不是要再review一次loan,而且转成interest only？
多谢赐教

You can change loan from int+principle to interest only. But you can not draw down the loan to maximise interest deduction. unless the money you draw down from the loan is used for investment puprose.
