我在维州，想廉价卖车，所以就想不包rwc发售，下载了vicroad的过户表格，seller那栏外面有一栏：
have you attach an original RWC issued no more than 30 days before the date of sales. 让你选择yes or no，选no的话，前面有小字：you must attach RWC to the form to be process，后面还有阐明rwc是卖车的责任，需求提供应买车的. 选yes的话我又没有这个rwc号码。
请问一下大家有谁有一样阅历知道的，卖车不包rwc填写过户表这里该怎么填，仍是空着呢？
