然而合同外面说the vendor can rescind
The vendor can rescind if –
8.1.1 the vendor is, on reasonable grounds, unable or unwilling to comply with a requisition;
8.1.2 the vendor serves a notice of intention to rescind that specifies the requisition and those grounds;
and
8.1.3 the purchaser does not serve a notice waiving the requisition within 14 days after that service.
