    购买投资房第一年的退税问题

    去年购买了第一套投资房,其中有领取的settlement agent的费用,例如上面这些enquiry fee是应该放到cost base里仍是能够经过borrowing expense/sundry expense外面退回来?请高人指导?
    land titles office search fee
    council rates enquiry fee
    water rates enquiry fee
    landgate service enquiry fee
    region scheme certificate enquiry fee
    land tax department enquiry fee

    还有Stamp duty是否要放到cost base外面?

    Cost base的记载是否要本人保留仍是要输出到etax里?我没找到在哪里输出

    keep it with original copies at a safe place by yourself and you will need those only when you sell the property

    The cost base may increase during that period

    cost base的意思是否就不克不及扣税,只要borrowing cost才能够?

    cost base是指计算CGT 的时分算进本钱的部份 卖房的时分才缴税
