往年7月初收到ASIC寄来的invoice需求领取每一年大略272的review fee， 但公司曾经在ATO勾销了ABN; 所以email给了asic要求勾销公司往年费用是不是还要交？ 失掉email回复如下： 认为不必自付间接等2个月asic会自动勾销就没有管了， 但比及9月初，又收到一封asic late fee的信； 还要被罚钱。 当初到asic网站看了勾销公司需求下载一个表格填好，寄回asic melbourne总部同时还要交39元才算请求勾销，同时假如asic感觉你公司不合乎勾销要求还不行，交的39刀还不克不及退。 想打电话给asic但电话永久都没有人接。 请问asic这个费用假如不交有何结果？并且既然要勾销了为什么要持续交来年的费用？
You will not have to pay the current year’s annual review fee if the company’s annual review date falls within two months before or after the notice is published on the Insolvency notices website
If you have already paid your annual review fee, you will be entitled to a refund if:
you have already paid your annual review fee for the current year, and
a notice of proposed deregistration is published on the Insolvency notices website within two months before or after the annual review date of your company. |
