这微信文章说的几千块钱，不知是指CTP案件中的EARLY BENEFITS仍是就只指抵偿金。
Early benefit: An accident notification form entitles you to treatment costs and lost income incurred up to 6 months after the accident.
There is a $5000 limit. The insurer will let you know within 10 days of receiving the form whether they accept your claim.
You can claim this even if you were the driver at fault. Complete an accident notification form.You can also get it from your doctor or hospital. A doctor needs to fill out the medical certificate attached to the form.
抵偿金的话就对比繁杂了，要看有无责任，或者是否blameless claim 等等，而后各种损失讲演，验伤讲演要做起来。详细的抵偿金额因人而异。
然而赞成二楼的，这类微信文章很容易夸张事实，虽然我本人也是做CTP的，然而看到这类所谓的微信华人律师。。。就只要呵呵两个字了。
