请问大家对楼花有甚么看法？
在WAHROONGA，中介说有得多好的小学都在那，是英国人的会萃地。
说的很好就是了。我有敌人买了，我也有点打算，就是贵了一点。

600k到eastwood/epping能够买到不错的townhouse/villa。house不成能的。

相对于于wahroonga的house而言，这楼花价钱还不算离谱。那里的学校真这么强？

那里的apartment仍是不少的，已建和待建的，不止哪一栋吧

The holy grail in upper north shore is East Side, Walk Rail.

If the apartment is at the sales office address, the location is not that great.
First of all, it is west side. Usually west side is lower side and slopy.
Second, it is too close to Sydney to Newcastle Freeway.

BTW, all the schools mentioned are pretty good but expensive as well.
E.g. my manager is sending his two kids to Knox Gra妹妹er. It is close to 25k a yr per person.

为何在大家想在epping or eastwood 买房子， house 在这两个区都对比贵吧，这过不知学校如何，
次要想当前孩子上好一点的公立学校。

The school here is not bad but compares to Eastwood Kindy that one is better.
House price at Epping is above 600k.

我有敌人买了Hornsby 的现房，两房朝北，garden view，450k,觉得挺不错的．阿谁区在north shore应该算是价钱合理的了．

Not comparable. Once go past Sydney-Newcastle freeway, it is in a very different category.
