Saw several property sold before the 1st open home. Why would the owner accept any offer before 1st open home? Would it make more sense to wait for open home and get more offer to compare?
Once the owners have got an irresistible price , they tend to lock it up rather than throw it onto the unpredictable situation,especially some of them long to seize the initiative in the market
