甚么是Government Notified Sale？

A government notified sale is one which has settled and the details are available on the public record. Anything prior to settlement is an agent notified sale and still has a chance of not settling.

Valuers must rely on completed sales for their comparable analysis of properties but can use sales trends in their co妹妹entary.

我当初天天不谷歌谷歌就混身不舒服大部份讯息材料都能查到在澳洲的确好用在国际就不行了想查一下国际某些行业的规章轨制甚么的基本连皮毛都查不到
