前不久本人的车在街边PULL OVER时停在旁边的出租车忽然向前挪动和我车擦了一下，打电话给保险公司CLAIM说了车祸的状况后保险公司断定是出租车的错，所以没收EXCESS给我修了车。这几天忽然收到保险公司来信要求解释并提供车祸更具体的状况。
我当初采用不予回复拖着，好像保险公司也没有方法，请大家教我这样假如不回复会不会有甚么问题？我应该怎么应付？谢谢
保险公司函件如下
We seek further clarification in regards to the above accident and would appreciate the driver’s assistance in completing the attached description and diagram form. This information will be used to assist us in the recovery of amounts we consider we are entitled to recover from the at fault party.
Should we receive no acknowledgement of this request, we will have no alternative but to cease recovery and finalise our file. |
