Bad luck......

Just before I return to work after maternity, I was told that my job no longer exist & was made redundant. What should I do now?? Anyone has similar experience or some advice??

your employer has no right to do that, consult fairwork or relevant government department asap.

The excuse they used was restructuring where the company was merged wth another firm & they retained the finance team and system of that firm instead of ours. Hence, my job is no longer exist. In this case, can they retrenced me???

估量只能拿redundancy package, 而后找别的任务了

redundant就没有啥但愿了。然而假如是fire的话就不成以。

Am worry not easy to find job now...........esp. wth a baby , will have to leave work on time to pick him up from childcare. Another bad news today, husband lost his job as well bcoz refuse to perform non compliance task for company. What happen to our household, why so bad luck???
