Stockland Leppington的名目有人买吗？

比来有人保举STOCKLAND在那的TWONHOUSE，60万摆布三房，觉得那边很荒芜啊，步行到车站也不成能。有同窗买了那里的吗？

这个区布局很好，就是当初一片荒凉，并且60万只买TWONHOUSE也未便宜。好纠结啊。

but local gov has not been doing any appraise yet,

we all know feb gov can not overule local gov

and

all the new concepts of the 2nd airport are speculated / sensationalized by real estate agencies

LEPPINTON的WILLOWWARE明天RELEASE了新LAND，一个早上好的地就被抢光了，450平大略43万，435平的死胡同地卖42万业被抢了，去晚了只剩下几块边角废物地了。
