请问，对于退税中看护者的 问题

税务局阐明里有一条，说看护者必需看护16岁以上。
开始我认为我看错了，后果的确如斯。
请问 为何要16岁以上呢？

有甚么理由么？
“Who does the ATO consider a dependent invalid or dependent carer?
A dependent invalid can be any of the dependent relations listed above, who are receiving

a disability support pension
a special needs disability support pension under the Social Security Act 1991, or
an invalidity service pension under the Veterans’ Entitlement Act 1986.
A dependent carer, on the other hand, can be your spouse, parent, or parent-in-law who is caring for your or your spouse’s child, brother, or sister who is 16 years old or older.”

我以为Ato这么做是为了和centre link政策统一。

由于那些disability support pension都是给16岁以上的残障人士的。所以dependent carer关照的人都是拿disability support pension的16岁以上人。
