Wyndham Vale Station左近的首批地块，能下手不？

这个名目叫windermere，尚无动工，间隔Wyndham Vale Station有5分钟车程。开发商说有4700套，当初是首批地块，现场是赤裸裸的，马路对面倒是挺成熟的。面积400-600㎡，价钱50-70W，谁对那一带对比相熟的出来聊聊？

怎么说呢，墨尔本比悉尼市场风向是慢半拍，悉尼新土地曾经不加价并且得多没卖掉的。wyndahm后面一个站Tarneit，上次我筹备买Habitat的一块地，去看的时分还有四分一没卖掉。newgate没卖掉更多，都卖到悉尼来了

不客气，我感觉你投资的话能够斟酌那里，自主的话仍是Wyndham vale的Savana对比好，离车站近些，还有就是千万不要买house land package

I am not an agent at all, you could have a look and make decision if it is suitable for you or not, actually many Chinese bought over two lots in this area, anyway it is the matter of your money. this area is really having a big potential, ring road, station, private school and shops. half an hour by train to city for everything. in this area, every house can be achieved in walking distance to the station. there is no Chinese version in my computer, have to type English.
