    收到ATO的信，对于20十二和2013年的dependent offset

    看得很糊涂啊，记得以前是没有支出的配偶能够拿到这个offset，莫非弄错了？

    本人报的，记得最开始是没支出的配偶能够，而后改为是52年之前出世的才行。是这样的吧？

    有时分ATO只是抽查. 假如你报了就给个 理由.

    Best way to solve this is to contact ATO on the number you were given, it might be just a review, what you need to do is to explain your situation and your reason to claim it. Or give detailed information to your accountant and let them handle it for you.

    If your spouse was born before 1952, you were eligible to claim the spouse offset at T1 for the FY2013. If your spouse was born before 1971, you were eligible to claim the spouse offset for the FY 20十二.
    Call the ATO via the phone number what it’s provided on the letter. It should be ok as long as you meet the criteria.

    我看了下，还有一条，说假如配偶支付carer allowance或者carer payment的，即便不合乎春秋限度，也能够

    在20十二-2013年度，曾经被勾销了。。。打电话过来也没用的，最少我试了，最初仍是补交了2000多

    dependent offset 2013要求是full time carer的，要有centerlink批的disable的补助，还有家庭支出这个是始终有的不克不及超过15万

    这个我问过了，不单要有disable补助，并且所关照的小孩要16岁以上。否则也不成以退的。
