10分钟走到火车站，旧厨房和浴室。租客已搬走，筹备发售。有人理解hornsby的行情吗?

保值？这一波最遭到冲击的物业类型就是Unit，此前接触到的区域Unit自身均价都纷纭接近70万，如今都是50多万在发售

投资旧房你不必耽心构造问题。从久远来看一定会增值。我敌人2001年卖掉Chatswood旧2房30万不到，买进Rockdale 的新apartment. 当初Chatswood旧2房曾经80几万，而rockdale 新房一倍涨幅都不到，还有常常漏水，被租客告上法庭，费事不停。

不知道你这个论断从哪来的。Unit应该是最合适估算无限的新移民了。
