Work Required:
This job involves 2 stages as part of the repair process and hence 2 consecutive quotes : Quote to seal roof above garage and door frame to balcony: The first stage is to repair the flashing between the garage roof and the building , and also the flashing from the balcony to the roof at the front to ensure no water flows under the flashing into the Garage ceiling . Then we will seal the gap under the flashing to stop water getting under the flashing as well. The sliding door on the front balcony will also he sealed around the frame to ensure no leak from the door into the carpet / garage under. Once the above is carried out and the leaking stood than the problem is solved. If the leaking persists than we know that we have a failed waterproofing membrane under the balcony tiles. This will be quoted separately once we get to this stage. |
