交CTP超过10年， 但真索赔CTP真的很难；

As stated, our offer is $1000 and requires no Medicare payback. This would be to cover physiotherapy and some medication.
If your aunt is agreeable to this amount, I can send a settlement agreement for her to sign.
Once we receive the signed copy we can proceed to process the settlement payment.
