她家的民间twitter从2月19号更新当时就再也没更新过了。。。

他们2月5号回复我的邮件：
Hi,

Please accept our sincere apologies, the Twingo delivery is arriving a little later than expected. It will be delivered to us at the end of February/Early March and then we will be shipping out straight away. You can expect delivery around mid March. Yes, we can change the colour from Beige to Black. Please confirm if this is okay and if you wish to change the colour. Thank you.

给银行说你收不到或，分割不上卖家，要dispute transaction.

楼上的童鞋们，俺也是受益者啊！去年10月底订的XLR，而后发了好几个邮件催，每次都是说要再等2周，到2月19往后，就不再回邮件了，刚刚连他们网站都打不开了。
上周分割了银行要求dispute，银行到当初还没再分割我，咋办呢？
有做过dispute的敌人们，费事告诉一下，个别银行多久能回复啊？详细流程有哪些要留意的啊？

请求dispute6，7天后银行发信要求提供一些证据。之后一周钱退回来了
