我在请求宝宝公民纸，已填了十一9表格寄到悉尼快有一个月了怎么一点动静都没有，能够在哪查问？

Was you credit card deducted for the payment? If not, you might call them, they can look up for you. One month is a bit long. Last time I called them after three weeks II posted and there were no deduction from my credit card. The documents are returned back as they required more evidence.

在网上搜一下，这个部门属于Boarder Protection。假如一个月都没扣钱，颇有多是材料哪里有问题，在寄回来的路上。咱们以前就是。

I called 131880 from 8:30-4:30 which is on form 十一9. Be prepared to wait for at least half an hour.

三周密一个月都是正常的，啥时分看到扣款了，就再等一礼拜，就上去了。
