假如拿學車來做比方的話 fly fish是駕校
marine offce是 RTA考試取證之处對嗎？平時出去釣魚的划子都是屬於powerboat是嗎？

flyfish they issue powerboat license and then you can convert to NSW boat license with that in Marine time

机动船都是power boat.但marine 有规则，时速10knot一下开船不需求license. 你要不要license取决于你开甚么船，以及开多块
