Calculate Average Collection Period

Does anyone knows how to calculate average Collection period?
In Quickbooks, there is a formular to calculate it.
Quarterly Calculation Formula
Average Collection Period = Current A/R Balance/ Quarterly Sales/90
My question is if the Quarterly sales is for July- Sep09, the current A/R balance should be as at 30/9/09. Is it correct?

好比9月份把,就用9月30号的A/R balance/monthlysales/天数

其实和你阿谁是同样的,你的等因而用了3个月的每个月均匀数.

假如你想只看credit sales的collection period，那就不要加COD进去了。然而假如你想看总体的，就要加啦。假如你要把COD刨出来，任务量会不会加大啊？

其实一个独自的figure没甚么意义的，看的是每月的对比，所以你不论用哪一种，只有一致一个规范，都是同样的。
