well the new employer does need the references from your PREVIOUS employers. It does not mean to your current boss, if you have worked in various places.
If you only worked in 1 place, well you can give them your team member, the client in your project, if they want to be your references.
But certainly your current manager is the BEST. Normally in AU, it does not really matter, well at least I have never got the problem with that. And actually all of them are really happy to be my references, since they know how I work, and do want to say something good on me to do me a help. |
