二面求助~

cheney

一面是HR,问的都是behavior问题。

二面是manager，hr说会问更多的technical问题。我好紧张好紧张，technical不知道个别会问甚么？？？

我怕怕~~~~

你觉得跟HR面behavior对比难仍是跟manager面technical的方面对比难？

personal point of view:
Dealing with HR is more harsh.
When talking about technical side, u might feel more comfortable & confident as well.
Yes, they gave me several scenarios, but still job related, not difficult to answer.

No 100% correct answer. Just bear in mind, be logical. Analyze the situation, come up with some potential solutions and choose the one which suits best in your opinion.

As long as you can justify your answer, that would be fab.

任务是对于internal audit, risk and compliance。

是出名accounting firm。

目前我在industry，不分明firm外面的文明。我想最佳是以轻松的形式表白然而又能表示出我的skill和教训。

If you expect meaningful response from people, you have to ask specific questions rather than general ones, factual questions rather than judgemental ones. I could have simply ignored this post but you popped it up as there was not one single response. If you find my suggestions offensive, ignore them and move on. Good luck anyway.

其实我很谢谢你提出意见的，我发贴的时分也想到了。筹备先收回来，再斟酌一下应该提供多少信息，毕竟太隐衷的货色说出来后对比容易被。。。。

我不是感觉你说的话offensive，只是觉得你的态度好强硬，似乎很焦躁的觉得，我也不知道是否我说错过甚么。

你说的颇有帮忙！我会感觉hr的容易过是由于得多问题网上都有，对比坏事先筹备好回答。
然而经理的面试就很难说了，根本找不到会问甚么问题，所以我无从筹备，这就是我焦虑的缘故。

我想按照你说的，我只要先筹备好怎么说我的work experience。至于senario的问题，只要靠临场发扬了？

有教训的同窗，假如能说点可能会问到的问题就最佳了！！

猪猪你的是需求进步一点点你的people skills的，就算这次面试你所有胜利。阿丝是好意，有教训的人都无奈回答你的问题，谦虚是写在待人接物里的，你假如仅是从本人的角度登程而无忌，这就是在任务中不敷diplomatic 。
此外经理面试后果就在后面30秒，他要找的是和他任务朝夕相处的人，经理的经理找的是觉得上悦目的人。除非是一个纯技术的职位，毕竟你的简历己经压服他们你的技巧，个别聊的是任务实务。

你感觉我反诘一下as有问题吗？我知道她是好意，并且猜测她应该是个急脾气的人。然而我有好几回有这类觉得了，所以反诘了她两句。你感觉这是people skill缺乏的表示？

上面的话不是探讨对于as的，是我general的一点设法。
我感觉人与人之间谈话相互尊敬很首要吧？就算在任务环境中，一味的做一个suck up是理智之举吗？请有教训人士指教~~

不外很谢谢你提出这个观念，我会反思一下的。

回到面试的问题，咖啡豆的意思是第一印象很首要吧？

得多人谈话更好听的。

你求助，却不说细节，往坏了说就是逗人玩么？先收回来问一下起码也要说上行业吧？甚么也不透露，他人怎么回答？并且你指明了技术问题，没有行业，你让大家说甚么啊？你说呢？

你假如一下子说出来，他人也不会这个态度的，大家都是来帮你的。你这么问问题，很挥霍他人时间的。

单纯从阿丝的回复来看，我没感觉她的语气很强硬的，或者焦躁的觉得啊。就是很普通的口吻阿。
楼主是否敏感了，也可能从楼主的角度来觉得，会纷歧样一点？不论怎么说，祝胜利拿到offer.

同窗们的指导我承受了，需求更多信息的话请问，我只想说跟面试无关的。

HR的面试是对比容易的，想一想谁请人这个基本的问题，HR基本不是做抉择的人，他们的作用就是过滤一些太差的人，所以HR都问behavior question，既不难筹备，也不难回答。也只要经理首肯过的人他们才约见，得多时分HR的面试就是走个过场

至于经理technical的面试，太多要素了，次要的就是顺不悦目和任务教训

就像后面tx说的，要朝夕相处的，要找个好相处的，技术上，又不是甚么独门秘级，人好相处，training 一下很快就上手了

猪猪，想了一下，说点generic的。其实好的任务，中介都会training 你的，由于他们也但愿你胜利。不论是甚么任务，面试都要work on job details.

由于你是CA completing / working towards your qualification: 假如任务是co妹妹ercial type, if technical questions would otherwise relate to … 难倡议…，你知道accounting 世界里有GL role， pure reporting，management accounting, corporate accounting, analyst, taxation。。印象中你做internal auditor最靠谱，就问个SOX risk assessment procedure 是怎么样的？

If it is a professional type of job, 也难倡议，你知道有assurance, business services, growth solution, tax, enterprise consulting, M & A, insolvency…. Usually it is the time for senior managers to select their favorite candidates on spot. They will evaluate your job knowledge, quality of work, judgment skills and possible leadership to junior staff, client relations, delegation, and computer software skills. It is just a free chatting in front of a glass of water. The panel may ask how to prepare a job plan and methodology used in a real case etc.

Culture matching：他们最想看到的是年老时期的他们的影子，或者是可比性team member的影子。

success indicators：If you can proactively control the pace and direct the topic to touch football or your Messi… or you got a chance to meet with manager’s manager at the last part or the 3rd round.
