收到一封super公司的信，除了确认交的钱外，还有一段话：
Please note this contribution has been treated as a voluntary member contribution and will be reported to ATO as a non-concessional contribution. If this is not the case and your contribution is from your employerplease contact us as a matter of urgency.
请问这段话甚么意思呢？ 是否默许为是公家交的养老金，而不是雇主交的? 假如公家交的，养老金的税率是多少？跟雇主交扣税是同样的吗？都是15%？ 上报ATO是为何呢？关于报税和退税有没有影响？
求高手指教。
