请问eBay 上卖的从香港寄过去的iPhone 是副品吗？

看到eBay 上卖的iphone6 , 从香港寄过去才200多澳元，不知道是不是副品，请有教训的敌人说说。谢谢。

去年底我在ebay上买过一个iphone 5S，用了半年多就坏了，由于卖家写明是一年内包换，所以分割卖家，然而基本不没有回复，而后我就开始分割ebay，失掉的回覆是ebay只要30天退款包管，超过30天，卖家一直不回复的话，我只能报警，ebay只配合考察，上面是ebay给我的原文：
What you can do is to contact your local law enforcement if the seller will be unresponsive. While eBay does not contact authorities on your behalf, we do assist in their investigations. You can file a complaint with the police on the Website. They will refer the complaint to the appropriate state.

Below is a link for the Queensland Police Website. You will need to follow the instructions on how to file a case with them. They are able to reach out to other areas to assist you in resolving your issue.

后果下单次日收到Toll发来的邮件，是HK发来的，说手机曾经到澳洲境内了
第三天就收到了
