Can I port or transfer my existing number to ALDImobile?
Transferring your existing number across to ALDImobile is easy. All you need to do is provide us with details of your current mobile account when you activate your service and we will be able to transfer your service for you.
We’ll need to have your details right from the start, so make sure when activating that you select to transfer/port your number, rather than choosing a new number.
Please note you can’t activate a new service with us and then try to transfer your number. If you’ve already activated your Prepaid SIM you’ll have to purchase a new one to be able to transfer your number. Sorry about that but we can’t transfer your credits from your old SIM card to your new one.
You will need to supply the name of your current provider, your account number and the date of birth that is on the account. Without the correct date of birth, your current provider is not allowed to release your number to us. You should remember that this may not be your date of birth if someone else registered the phone originally. If you’re unsure, we reco妹妹end that you contact your current provider and make sure they have the correct information on file for you, this way there will be no delays to the transfer of your number.
