拿到Offer的合同里看到这么几段话，是就算加班也没有加班费的意思吗？

在合同名为remuneration的一条中，其中一段是

Your remuneration incorporates ordinary hours and additional hours as are necessary for the effective performance of the role.

还有一段是

The remuneration and other monetary benefits provided to you under this contract compensate you for any entitlements that you may have under any modern award, other industrial instrument, or law, including, but not limited to, the ordinary rate of pay, overtime payments, weekend and public holiday penalties, shift allowance, vehicle allowance, travelling expenses, annual leave loading and any other entitlement, unless otherwise specified in this contract.

这是就算加班了也没有加班费的意思吗？

尤其是第二段，除了overtime还提到差旅费和假期loading？难道年薪连这些也包了？

我以为加班费假期费什么的在这是法定的，所以有点困惑。。。。。求各位前辈解答啦，谢过先！

对的，公司不想根据award rate来给的话会提高平时的rate，只要总体高过award rate，他们就可以按照一个rate来付，因为award rate真的太太太复杂了

Yes.你的pay包了所有其他的award entitlement。所谓的enterprise bargaining contract基本都是这样的。

你google一下就知道了。一般这类合同按照法律都要能demonstrate you have been properly compensated for letting go of your award entitlements.

一般来说就是standard line。所有合同都会有这段话。

不然你可以选择不干，把工作机会让给人家。
