请教群里大神，我刚拿到一个新Centre的offer letter，不知道这种offer letter签了以后对我有什么约束性，现在能找到的只有法务费用。因为Centre要明年才开，咖啡竞争情况一点都不明确，所以担心签完以后要和好多家咖啡店一起混日子。。。。
If the Tenant withdraws after signing this Lease Proposal the
Tenant shall be liable for any legal costs incurred by the Landlord
who shall be entitled to deduct such expenses from the Tenant’s
deposit.
